Two goals before the break and a penalty save - Senta vs. Sloga (84/85)

The visitors from Ostojićevo came to Senta quietly hoping for at least a point, and although they played most of the match a man down they held their own and seriously threatened the home goal several times. The first dangerous moments at both ends came in the 7th minute, when Bokodi and Banov each missed a chance. In the 27th minute a well-worked home counter put Agoston through on goal: Miklos Szabo tackled him at first, Agoston won the ball back, and Szabo then stopped him with a foul and later struck him. The referee saw it clearly and sent him off. The hosts tried to make the extra man count, but only managed it in the 42nd minute, when they pinned their opponents back and a defender handled a shot inside the box. Farago converted the penalty with confidence. Two minutes later Fustos received an excellent ball and laid it off to the well-placed Kitli, who beat the otherwise sound Lovrić.

The second half was played mostly in midfield, with the visitors seeing more of the ball. They even won a penalty in the 75th minute, but Dukai read Miklos's shot towards the corner and saved it. In the last fifteen minutes Sloga threw everything forward to pull one back, yet could not create a serious chance.
