Two goals in three minutes in Subotica - Elektrovojvodina vs. Senta (76/77)

In the drizzle and on a sodden, slippery pitch there could be no attractive football. The hosts started on top, and the first serious chance came in front of the Senta goal, but when the forward tried to round the goalkeeper as well the ball stuck in the mud. In the next minute the home defence, after a string of errors, went to sleep again and Krizsan lifted the ball over the advancing goalkeeper into the middle of the goal. Not long afterwards Soti did the same. Until the break the visitors had the initiative, without creating further chances.

In the second half the hosts ran the game and were almost constantly in the opposition half, but they pulled one back only eight minutes from the end, when Bošnjak sent a 16-metre free kick through a badly set wall into the bottom left corner. Mihaly Soti and Todorović deserve praise in the winning side.
