Two Kalman goals bring victory in Hajdukovo - Vinogradar vs. Senta (79/80)

The meeting of the two teams produced a nervous, hard but sporting game. Senta needed the points to hold on to first place, Vinogradar to stay up. Toldi had the first chance but could not take it, and then the visitors missed the target. In the 43rd minute Senta went ahead through Kalman, who headed in from barely eight metres. In the last seconds of the first half Petrović rescued a ball that had seemed lost and so equalised.

After the break both sides missed several chances, and the hosts were nevertheless the better team. Even so it was again only Kalman who delivered: cleverly taking advantage of a goalmouth scramble, he scored the goal that brought his side victory and two very important points.
