Two late goals bring victory in Čantavir - Čantavir vs. Senta (76/77)

The Čantavir side met tough opponents, and the match was played at a sharp edge, with both teams going all out until the last minute. It began cagily: the hosts had the first shot in the 8th minute, and the Senta goalkeeper only just kept it out. In the 17th minute Sablatura missed a huge chance, and in the 29th Rozsa was involved in an unlucky collision with the home goalkeeper. In the 32nd minute Krizsan shot over from three metres after a free kick from the flank, and two minutes later the hosts missed similar chances. In the 44th minute a home player handled inside the box as he fell, and Soti confidently converted the penalty.

After the break the play went flat and there were many fouls. In the 74th minute the hosts equalised through Szabo. In the 85th minute the Čantavir players appealed for offside, their goalkeeper needlessly ran out almost to the touchline, and Todorović, quicker and sharper, made it 2:1. In the 88th minute the same situation was repeated, and this time Bito was the scorer. The visitors deserved both points.
