The matches so far show that Senta are more successful away than at home: on the road they have beaten Palić, Zorka and now Elektrovojvodina, while in front of their own crowd they have beaten only Horgoš. They took both points fully deservedly and without too much sweat. The hosts had the first chance in the opening minutes, but the forwards were late to a cross. In the 27th minute Zmukić fed Agoston, who ran down the right and crossed well, and Todorović, from close range, scored with an assured header.
The hosts' best chance came in the 45th minute, when Markov made a brilliant save from a header. They began the second half better and had the territorial edge for twenty minutes without managing to score. Senta's second came in the 73rd minute: Agoston again got away on the right and Todorović again headed his cross in. The hosts then came forward and seriously threatened the visitors' goal, but Markov was having an excellent day.
