Vukmirović rescues a point against Slavija in the 87th minute - Senta vs. Slavija (76/77)

The first 45 minutes were spent in midfield and there was hardly a serious scoring chance in the whole half. After the break both sides took more initiative, and in the 55th minute, from a harmless-looking situation, a ball lofted towards goal by Hodak from some twenty metres dropped into the net over the goalkeeper's head.

Senta then stepped up and launched attack after attack. In that part of the match the ball was constantly in the Slavija half, but the visitors' defenders always managed to clear. It already looked as if Senta would lose again when, in the 87th minute, Vukmirović rolled a ball crossed in front of goal past the goalkeeper into the net. The hosts appealed for a penalty on several occasions during the match, but the referee did not award one. Rozsa and Vukmirović stood out for Senta.
