Vukmirović turns it round with two goals at Horgoš - Horgoš vs. Senta (76/77)

There was no quality football on show. The match began with Horgoš attacks, but the goal did not come until the 35th minute, when Sadojević scored. The hosts then created a few more chances, but their forwards were not sharp enough.

The picture changed in the second half: Horgoš let the game slip from their grasp and made many mistakes, and Senta took advantage. In the 78th minute Vukmirović was put through, the goalkeeper came out and the visiting forward had no trouble scoring. Vukmirović also got the winner, in the 85th minute, when he capitalised on a mistake by the home defenders. Horgoš tried to equalise until the end, but without success. Vukmirović, Božić and I. Popović stood out for Senta.
