Many mistakes on both sides - Senta vs. Bačka (13/14)

Senta took the lead from a well-worked move. Gecić played the ball back to Popov, who slipped it through to Đuričin, who calmly slotted it into the bottom left corner from around ten meters, one-on-one with the opposing goalkeeper. The hosts had two more promising chances, but Đuričin and Gecić failed to convert. The visitors also had two chances, notably Radosavljev from the penalty spot, but he fumbled it. Both teams played with plenty of mistakes, both in attack and defense. The second half brought many more missed chances. But there was hope for the Subotica side too, as they launched a quick counter-attack down the right and Plojović fired precisely into the far corner. Six minutes before the end Senta retook the lead after Tomišić was fouled in the visitors' penalty area - referee Davidović pointed to the spot without hesitation, and Gecić converted the penalty. The final say went to man of the match Panić, scoring on the counter. All in all, an average match with plenty of missed chances on both sides.
